Implemented in 0.1.0-b20150505 (aka 0.1.0 2015-05-05 snapshot). See the Band Stack workflow. The Band Stack workflow now supports the --output-format command line argument which can be one of GEOTIFF or ENVI. The default is GEOTIFF.
