Problems with landsat_ingester refactoring fixed BandLookup class implemented to provide band equivalence lookup schemes with optional spectral adjustments. ndvi_stacker.py index_stacker.py and rgb_stacker.py retrofitted with BandLookup objects to allow processing across LS5, LS7 & LS8.
