Consistent URL and title format for the External Data pages #269

Made the URLs of these pages more descriptive e.g. /ga-srtm => /ga-srtm-1-second-dem
Added redirects for the page URLs that changed.
Added the source organisation to the start of the title of all pages e.g. SRTM 1 second DEM => GA SRTM 1 second DEM
Reordered the list of External Data pages to have ABARES followed by the two GA pages. This is so that the pages are 'grouped' by their source organisation.

@erialC-P @robbibt You may want to have a look at this PR where I've standardised the titles and URLs of the External Data pages.

Looks good to me! I kind of wish we could use the ODC product IDs for the page URLs for consistency with datacube and Explorer, but I think that ship has sailed given how much work it would be to update all our other listings/challenges with multi-product pages. 🙂
