Adding DEA Maps links for all data products

• These links appear on the product pages as "See it on a map"

Improving Access labels

• Switched the access 'labels' with the access 'default names' to improve the UI and to also allow removing numerous values in the _data.yaml that were repeats of the same text.
• Applied these same changes to the external-data-v1 template as well as the External Data pages.

To understand how the access labels have 'switched', compare DEA Land Cover before and after this change:
