[n/a] If required, update the [DEA Tech Alerts and Changelog][TechAlertsChangelog] and the [DEA Sandbox Updates banner][SandboxUpdatesBanner].

Changes include

changed the old version to the correct version number (was 2.1.5, is now 1.6.0)
put version 1.6.0 in the old version folder
updating current pages to version 2.0.0
removed alert saying that a new version is being developed
added small amount of text e.g. adding landsat 9

Hi @margaretharrison - any chance you could merge these changes into Toktam's PR https://github.com/GeoscienceAustralia/dea-knowledge-hub/pull/266 To have all the products fall under the same preview link for branch head approvals. Worried that if WO is stand alone, the pages will be incorrect in the other generated preview. Thank you!
