Validation report redirects: daily reports to site reports #310

In a previous PR https://github.com/GeoscienceAustralia/dea-knowledge-hub/pull/212 , Daily reports were renamed to Site reports and the URLs of reports were changed. This PR adds redirects to support these changes.
