Publish recent updates to Sandbox and User Guide

Proposed changes

This PR publishes several exciting new updates and bugfixes to the Sandbox and DEA User Guide:

• Added a new Coastal turbidity visualisation notebook! (@Joram95 )
• Improvements to plotting functions to allow adding automatic titles to plots (@erialC-P )
• Improvements to machine learning classification scripts to allow for matching field data with ARD data that fall within a certain time range (@tebadi )
• Updated coastal tide modelling functions to use pyTMD version 2.0, and support FES2012 tide model (@robbibt )
• Fix errors caused by np.int, np.bool and Numpy 1.2+ update (@Ariana-B, @robbibt )
