Me and Claire are currently developing this in our V2 of the DEA Docs website.

Actually, I think this ticket is about adding these tiles to the 'User Guide' section of the site. They are already added to the Data Products section of the site. Therefore, I'll reopen this ticket since it isn't done yet.
