Publish recent updates to Sandbox and User Guide

This PR publishes recent changes to the User Guide and DEA Sandbox:

• Add a new search box to our interactive image and animation export notebooks (#1096 @geoscience-aman )
• Add multiple tide model support to the coastal pixel_tides function, allowing us to easily compare tide modelling outputs from common global tide models (#1084 @robbibt )
• Add new notebook for loading Microsoft Planetary Computer data and combining it with Digital Earth Australia products (#1097 @robbibt)
• Fix bug in Land Cover plotting code and notebook (#1095 @Kooie-cate )
