Replaced the section that included links to the wiki with a new section called 'Contributing to DEA Notebooks' that simply includes the links to the two wiki articles I created recently.
Edited several other parts of the README to make it shorter and easier to read.
Renamed existing section called 'Contributing to DEA Notebooks' to 'Git workflow' to avoid confusion.
