Commits a new notebook introducing the DEA Intertidal product suite to the DEA_products sub-repository of dea-notebooks

Proposed changes

This PR proposes to add a new notebook to the dea-notebooks repository, introducing the new DEA Intertidal product suite. The notebook introduces users to the data suite and the layers it contains. Additionally, it contains a small real-world case study at the end to demonstrate to users how these datasets can be utilised.
