Removed 'sandbox' from the DEA Explorer URLs #1225

(This corresponds with the PR I made on the dea-knowledge-hub repo.)

I removed 'sandbox' from the DEA Explorer URLs so that they use the new URL format which reduces confusion for the user.

Note: We may need to wait until the Explorer is back online to test that these new URLs are working.

Benji, do we need 'products' in there too now? e.g. https://explorer.dea.ga.gov.au/products/ga_s2bm_ard_3

@BexDunn Good spot. Ok, I've now added 'products' to those URLs.
