02_DEA notebook uses old name for WO #935

Describe the bug/issue (https://github.com/GeoscienceAustralia/dea-notebooks/blob/develop/Beginners_guide/02_DEA.ipynb) Figure 1 is missing. Old names used for Water Observations.

Old names all over the place actually, by the looks of it all of our products were renamed since this was made (DEA Intertidal Elevation, DEA Fractional Cover etc):
