Update sls config to automate s2 ard granule #98

Reason for this pull request

Extend dea-sync to sync and index S2A ARD and S2B ARD granule products weekly.

Proposed solution

1) Sync on s2_ard_granule is scheduled to run every Thursday 8:10pm AEST. 2) Update dea module to the latest one
