Add support for hierarchical layers #111

Model layers (eg GOCAD objects) and KML layers have a hierarchical structure below the layer, eg KML features.Need to add support to the layer tree part that displays/interacts with this hierarchy.

Also need to add support for flying to objects within a layer.
