Unusual log information running scnenrio simulation in parallel #109

Tried running 1000 scenario events on the PNG data in parallel on the NCI.
Simulation appears to have run through, however the log files on all nodes 
except the head node appear to only have three lines (these are warnings).

Problem can be seen by checking out sim5 from 
/short/w84/sandpits/vmiller/eqrm_oq_compare/simulations/PNG/

This is the expected behaviour.  Only the head node logs at the debug level.
