I've got smaller ground motion and loss for scenario event with larger 
magnitude.

Examples can be founds at 

Mw3.0 event:

\\nas\gemd\e3p\sandpits\hryu\WA_FESA\Karratha\nci\scen_risk_mw3.0

Mw2.0 event:

\\nas\gemd\e3p\sandpits\hryu\WA_FESA\Karratha\nci\scen_risk_mw2.0

What is the GMPE? Is it designed to work at such low magnitudes?
