application requested runtime to terminate

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when i run the file python setdata_ScenGM.py
2.in command prompt
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want the file to be executed fully without prompt of message asking python 
needs abrupt termination and it has stoped working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i have installed python version 2.6,on windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
can anyone provide me what steps need to be taken in order to overcome the 
above issue.

I don't know what is causing this, but I'm putting the status as wont fix, 
since it seems to happen at the very end if the simulation and therefore is not 
impacting on the results.
