value for vulnerability_variability_method was not checked #127

In doing risk simulation with flag of risk_mmi, 
vulnerability_variability_method was missing in my original python input file, 
but I found that default value (2) was assigned.

Yes, if a variable is missing, then the default value is used.  What were you 
expecting?
