wrong parameter value in the input data #130

In the data file of building parameters of HAZUS building type 
(building_parameters_hazus.csv) has an wrong data:

height_to_displacement of URML should be 0.75 not 0.5.

Another error found in the same file, building_parameters_hazus.csv

Structural_damage_extreme of S2H, 0.0008 should be replaced with 0.0080.

Extreme should be replaced with extensive if the EQRM follows HAZUS terminology.
