Atkinson_boore_97 model segfaulting on raijin #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run check_scenarios on raijin

Note, I haven't done a clean all.

After doing a clean all and a test_all check scenarios is still seg faulting.

It's seg faulting on Atkinson_Boore_97, in TS_vuln02.py.

Atkinson_Boore_97 is used in several scenario's, so there are several seg 
faults.
Toro_1997_midcontinent is also seg faulting.

I've switched the code to use the Python versions.  These are old GMPE's, so I 
don't think they are important ones to have maintained in C.
