compile error #137

Installing on the terrawulf;
gcc -shared polygon_ext.o  -o polygon_ext.so -lm
..................python: symbol lookup error: 
/opt/cluster/software/openmpi/1.3/lib/openmpi/mca_paffinity_linux.so: undefined 
symbol: mca_base_param_reg_int
