Abrahamson and Silva 2008 GMPE

As we discussed there are a couple of problems with the Abrahamson and Silva 
2008 GMPE. Whilst we don’t use this for Australia we do/will for Indonesia, 
and probably for PNG and Philippines.

In the directory below you will find a log file where it fails. The problem is 
when the spectral period is set to 0.0. I’ve been getting around this by 
setting the period to 0.01 which for most modern GMPEs is what it is set to 
anyway.

This is a simple example as it has been run by a single scenario the input file 
being 
/nas/gemd/ehp/georisk_earthquake/hazard_risk/GEM/Testing/EQRM_gmpe_test/setdata_
ScenGM.py

All others are fine. For example:
/nas/gemd/ehp/georisk_earthquake/hazard_risk/GEM/Testing/EQRM_gmpe_test/output/s
cenario/Chiou08

There might be a second problem, which I think is from having an earthquake too 
close to a source, but I haven’t been able to replicate it this afternoon.

I just had a look in the directory;
/nas/gemd/ehp/georisk_earthquake/hazard_risk/GEM/Testing/EQRM_gmpe_test/output/s
cenario/Abrahamson08

I couldn’t find a log file with an error in it. Which file has error in it 
and what sort of error is it?
