Scenarios TS_haz08MR and TS_risk62MR not checked against a standard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run check_scenarios

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Revision 879 introduced two new scenarios to test the multiple recurrence model.
TS_haz08MR
TS_risk62MR

These are not currently checked against a standard result set i.e. there is no 
standard result set yet.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
As per comments in revision 879 the current results need to be validated then 
added to the standard.

Added the results from TS_haz08MR and TS_risk62MR to the standards.  Note, 
these results have not been validated, since this tests are characterisation 
tests.  We will know if a change causes these tests to fail though. revision 
1002.
