svn version warning #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Windows PC 

2.Check out the source code with svn 1.7.x

3.run check_scenarios.py on a PC with TortoiseSVN 1.6.x installed

Output:
SubWCRev : The path 'O:\earthquake\sandpits\vanessa\eqrm' appears to be part of 
a Subversion 1.7 or greater
working copy.  Please upgrade your Subversion client to use this
working copy.

This is not an error just a warning. As it is unable to get the revision number 
from TortoiseSVN.

The fix for issue 45 (revision 1132) also resolves this issue.
