Change in handling uncertainty causes a 4% decrease in damage, for a very small sample #60

Revision 1177 changed how uncertainty was represented for the capacity curve.
Due to the change the standard results from scenario TS_risk20 were updated,
which simulates 6 building. This change caused an overall decrease in loss of
4%.

Does this indicate the change in representing uncertainly has changed the mean
capacity curve?

A sample size of 6 is not sufficient to form any implications.
