spawning giving very high SA values #70

1) there is something very strange with the Atkinson06 and Allen_2012 models as 
coded in the EQRM. My tests suggest that the problem is with the sigma values. 
2) the major difference between Atkinson06 and Allen2012 when compared to the 
other GM models in the EQRM is that these two give GM in cms^(-2). All the 
other models in the EQRM give GM in g. Therefore, the EQRM converts the GM 
values to g.
