The current version of the hazard exceedance plotting tool does not save the 
hazard exceedance curves. Saving is important for the user to create their own 
plots and easily compare different simulations. 

Implement saving of a single ascii (or npy) file that has an array structure 
with the first column representing the different probabilities of exceedance 
and following columns containing the hazard for each site.

That is: 
A(i,1) = prob of exceedance for i
A(i,j) = hazard for i
