Parallel run only having one log file #83

I was running a parallel job on the NCI and everything was being written to one 
log file.

pypar was not installed.  This will be sort of messy.  There will be many jobs, 
but they will be the same simulation, writing to the same file in some cases, 
such as the log file.

Won't fix.  Install pypar if you want to work in parallel.
