Add a 'radius of effect' to RSS earthquakes on mouseover or similar #62
Feed includes a 'felt' and 'damage' radius. Would be nice to display this radius as a circle (or similar) on mouse over of the earthquake icon. For extra points, animate the circles as 'growing'.
