Add colour swatch to layer tree element for model components #85
GOCAD models are often grouped into a single layer with multiple elements. These elements can be coloured independently in the GOCAD model file. It would aid usability if a representation of this colour was included alongside the element name in the layer tree so elements can be more easily identified.
