NRB products not being generated for all scenes... #370

This issue is to address a bug Al has experienced processing a job where he has encountered many dates seem to be missing backscatter products (as a result of them not being included in the coregistration tree - which seems to be some sort of bug we don't yet fully understand).

This issue is to investigate and resolve this bug so Al can proceed with his work. This issue will be updated with more details as they come to light.

Closing this for now... this wasn't able to be reproduced. Combined with a prior reported issue Al had (.png file creation crashing), I'm leaning toward this being an NCI filesystem issue during his first processing job.

The initial guess was somehow the coregistration tree wasn't being produced correctly (but it was after investigation, and I could reproduce the correct coreg tree locally as well with his jobs data - where every scene was the secondary date in a coreg pair).
