This PR merges in some missed changes from earlier in the year, some were missed in the haste of triaging bugs - others... I'm not sure how they were missed (eg: documentation on workflow, spelling fixes, etc)
Notably - this PR fixes a problem where some coreg settings weren't being passed from the workflow down into the coreg code - it's incomplete (this has been a long known issue in #244 ) but a step in the right direction getting full coverage of .proc settings across the board.
This also slightly tweaks the scene center search to re-try on the failure of offset_pwrm/offset_fitm to help the search succeed in some more cases.
