Provide example scripts of each module #4

This will be a place holder for demo/example scripts request

Provide example script for the following modules: mtpy.imaging

  1. mtpy.imaging.resistivity_and_phase_plot - includes impedance plot, tipper, strike, skew plots.
  2. mtpy.imaging.residual_phase_tensor_pseudo_section_plot
  3. mtpy.imaging.plot_phase_tensor_maps_with_tipper
  4. mtpy.imaging.phase_tensor_pseudo_section_plot
