Determine whether this should change the link locations in PTHA18 access scripts and elsewhere.

We will need to update paths as described on that webpage: For example, replace "https://dapds00.nci.org.au/thredds/..." with "https://thredds.nci.org.au/thredds/...".

Should be fixed now that #45 has been merged.

I might leave this issue open for a while in case there is any fallout.

The previous updates were missing markdown and text files, and some other modifications to the remote catalogue. Should be fixed with: https://github.com/GeoscienceAustralia/ptha/pull/46

Currently there seems to be a problem with some files -- I've raised a related ticket with NCI.

The issue mentioned in the previous comment has been fixed by NCI.
