Changes on the branch feature_5_test represent a number of updates:

infrastructure_response.py

updates to messages on console
new function write_system_response for writing out system response
simplified post_processing
corrected plot_mean_econ_loss -- it now draws boxplot correctly
misc reformats to improve readability/maintainability

sifra/init.py

does import infrastructure_response instead of import sysresponse

sifra/modelling/infrastructure_system.py

checking for infrastructure assets class has been made case insensitive
updated console messages

Have conducted checks on outputs from code on both branches same seed for random number generation: outputs are identical.

We need to settle on whether we're moving to logging statements, or continuing with prints.
