Hey thanks for making cubist available in the scientific python stack!
I tried installing the project in a Kaggle kernel but it chokes on gdal dependencies. I don't think cubist depends on gdal. Could we factor out cubist in another project using the approach in this repo? Could you give pointers on how to do this?
