- Histogram of targets – bar graph
- Transformation of targets – log, power, standardise etc.. – as scatter plots
- Scatter plot of model vs real – with 1:1 line and performance indicators adjusted r2, MSE, RMSE, LCC etc.. – show a second model on the same plot?
- Feature ranking - as bar graph
- Thumbnail prediction – small geotiff
- Thumbnail uncertainty – small geotiff
- Histogram of residual error - bar graph
- Correlations between covariates - matrix plot
- Scatter plot of targets against covariate values – scatter plot
There's a desire for a diagnostics dashboard. This would show users a visual overview (plots etc) of the validation and optimisation values of a model post-training. This would make it easier and more intuitive to tune parameters and retrain the model to achieve better performance.
