Provide diagnostic info about how many values were imputed #94

This can be done by adding a new column to rawcovariates that has the imputed value for corresponding NDV and working it into the plots.

This is still a worthwhile feature but I'd recommend against including it in 'rawcovariates' table as it's already overloaded.
