Removes as_list function from read_spectral_response; only use case was to copy the file across for modtran execution.
Instead the filepath is exposed for copying across and the read_spectral_response function has been simplified.

Looks fine. The other intent for _aslist was for users who wanted plain as text. But it's a better move for simplicity as well as providing a dataset that would be harder to use if just as text. So good move forward I think.
