On the repository, we find an MIT license, which I assume applies to the code.

• Do you mean for your written content to be "All rights reserved" (as it appears now)? Or do you want to apply a license to the content, such as CC-BY?
• If you want to apply a CC license to the book content, may I suggest modifying the footer to show the license?
