This task will arrange the Production EE raster assets intended for use by Tacoma App (Urban Waters) STP engineering calculations. They should be collected into a single EE resource location and identified as 'Production' datasets so that they are not altered by future TNC efforts, or other projects.
These should be treated as version controlled assets, and should be reviewed and published with engineering intent since they are the input for hydrology and pollutant loading calculations.
Pollutants of concern concentrations. These should be concentrations so that the load can be calculated by multiplying combining it with the total runoff volume for the precip scenario. This prevents the EE from maintaining 4 copies of 'loading' for each of these, at the expense of slightly more code during the zonal stats exercise to calculate the catchment runoff volume and total catchment load.

Bis-2e Pthalate, Phenanthrene, and Pyrene will all be handled by the calculation engine in post processing using its relationship with TSS concentration. This will be an arithmetic analysis since BMP performance for each of these POCs is not well enough understood, but all of these POCs are sorbed to TSS so relating their load reduction.
