Leaflet draw widgets are disturbing #1269

The small "Save" and "Cancel" buttons in the map confuse users, since the form already contains a Save button.

We should change Django Leaflet to use Leaflet.Editable (by Umap creator), instead of Leaflet.Draw.

Actually it would maybe be better to use Leaflet.Geoman that also has the interest to include native snapping, even when creating a new object : https://github.com/geoman-io/leaflet-geoman
