Add KML to available export formats #3912

Add export to KML on all list pages.

available_export_formats

It would allow proper export of all geometry types in a popular format in addition of the currently available shapefile format export (note : points, polygons and geometry collections cannot be exported to GPX).

Je ne suis pas certain qu'il faille ajouter le format KML peu standard et utilisé, mais plutôt se concentrer sur le GPKG, éventuellement le GeoJSON assez répandu (même si lourd et peu performant) comme indiqué sur https://github.com/GeotrekCE/Geotrek-admin/issues/3911
