PrometheusRule, die im Zuge des Tickets GPX-534 von Gepardec Run erstellt wurde. Sie führt dazu, dass ein Alert in den Slack-Channel "hogarama-alerts" gepostet wird, wenn es für 10min keine Änderungen in den Sensorwerten gab.
