Add doc about possible build arguments #12

I thought that this builder image uses a too old maven version and opened a ticket here, then I found that the maven version as well as the java version can be provided as build arguments. This should be documented

It seems that build arguments are not passed to the docker build in Openshift 3.9 at ItAndTel, but I was able to achieve it with environment variables with empty ARG JAVA_VERSION and ARG MAVEN_VERSION

@cchet: Can it be closed due to the fact that we replaced the base image with the official maven images?
