Add support for Centos 7 base image #9

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. CentOS 8 is not available in some private cloud setups, create alternative builder based on centos7

Describe the solution you'd like Travis ci can build in addition to centos 8 an image based on centos 7

Describe alternatives you've considered As alternative we could create a seperate dockerhub repository for this and build it from the same github repository to avoid code duplication

Images are now based on official maven image
