[panda_description] Update meshes from franka_ros to get textures #149

Resolves #146

No changes to rendering with the currently published meshcat version. But once my current DAE handling fixes are ready to be upstreamed it will look like this:

My assumption is that @jcarpent modified the original files with MeshLab when adding or used a different repository as the source (Justin, can you confirm the origin?). I recall that a few years back the upstream meshes also didn't have textures. But I don't know for certain
