robots: document upstreams & license, fix #34 #98

Hello,

This PR only documents individual robots origin and license.

This raise a few issues:

Other works in BSD / Apache are OK

Hi @nim65s ! As I commented in #87 , this was a toy example I designed myself, so yes, it is an original work of this project.

However, I did get the iris model from another repo, which I think is Apache V2
