Dear @jmirabel,

Since the latest release of Gepetto-gui, I realized that a lot of CPU resources are used by gepetto-gui. Do you have any idea which change is at the origin of this downgrade?

I did not see any difference on my computer but I guess I am not using it as you do. Can you be more precise on what objects are loaded ?

I suspect the default value of refreshIsSynchronous_ to be the source of this new issue. Could we add an option to set it ON or OFF?

I've found the option, but this seems not to be the cause. I will try to investigate it.
